$10.4 Million Settlement in An Auto-Accident Lawsuit
A $10.4 million jury verdict has been delivered to the Caletz family for the death of their 9 year-old daughter and injuries to other members of the family suffered during an auto accident in a lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District Of Illinois.
After filing suit and months of trial preparation, the case was brought in front of a jury, winning a significant $10.4 million jury verdict in U.S. District Court before the Honorable Michael Mason.
