Fakhoury and Ross Dumbadse of Fakhoury Chiropractic Clinic were ordered to pay a former patient Donna Kern $225,000 and attorney fees in a medical malpractice suit which alleges the doctor of negligence, saying they failed to order neurological exams or get the appropriate medical records before beginning a treatment plan.
