Class Action Lawsuit Against Premcor Refining Alleges “Toxic” Pollution Caused Asthma in Children
Monday, November 19th, 2007Around 100 Port Arthur residents have filed class action lawsuit against The Premcor Refining Group, alleging the company’s refinery has released toxic and harmful substance in the neighborhood and homes, daycare centers, schools and church. The plaintiffs in the suit claim the refinery’s toxic releases have inflected them or their children with asthma.
