CompuCredit Corporation To Face Class Action Lawsuit For Violation Of The Securities Exchange Act

CompuCredit Corporation faces a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP has filed the lawsuit on behalf of all the purchasers of the common stock during the period between November 6, 2006 and June 9, 2008.
