$30.5 Million Class Action Lawsuit Settlement Against Pharmaceutical Cartel Has Been Approved
Australia’s first-ever cartel class action lawsuit settlement has been approved by the Federal Court for $30.5 million.
Livestock farmers and feed manufacturers are among the thousands of people who will benefit from the class action.
The action was taken against Roche, BASF and Aventis for fixing the prices of animal vitamins during the 1990s.
