Allegheny Energy Inc. Agreed to Settle A Class Action Lawsuit for $4 Million
Allegheny Energy Inc. has agreed to settle a consolidated class action litigation currently pending against the company and some of its current and former directors for $4 million.
The proposed settlement remains subject to court approval, following notice to class members, the utility company said in a statement.
