Another Class Action Lawsuit Over Defective Refrigerator Filed Against General Electric
A federal class action lawsuit has been filed against General Electric, claiming refrigerators are defective.
The latest complaint claims GE sold refrigerators with bad water filters resulting in temperature control problems, freezing and flooding. It includes some PSS side-by-side models.

Could you please update me on the status of any class action lawsuit against GE for refrigerators? I had heard that one settled in early 2006. But is there another. I have four friends who wish to know the status.
