Arkansas Class Action Lawsuit Settlement by Microsoft
Microsoft has agreed to settle an Arkansas class action lawsuit, alleged of overcharging for software.
The settlement calls for Microsoft to issue vouchers to two separate groups — consumer customers and volume licensing customers — to use in the purchase of computer hardware, software and professional development services.
