ATI - In Class Action Danger ATI -- في الطبقة العمل الخطر
Vermont law firm Johnson & Perkinson has issued a press release announcing that it is filing a class action suit in the US against ATI, on behalf of investors. فيرمونت للمحاماه والاستشارات القانونية جونسون & perkinson قد اصدر بيانا صحفيا اعلن انه رفع دعوى في الولايات المتحدة ضد ATI ، نيابة عن المستثمرين.
In the complaint, it is alleged that “throughout the Class Period, ATI reported strong financial results in publicly disseminated press releases and in filings with the SEC. في الشكوى ، يزعم انه "في جميع انحاء الدرجة الفترة ، ATI وافادت نتائج مالية قوية في نشرها علنا في والنشرات الصحفيه ، وتقديم الأوراق ومع لجنة مراقبة عمليات البورصه. “As a result of these statements, the price of ATI stock became artificially inflated during the Class Period. "ونتيجة لهذه التصريحات ، فإن اسعار الاسهم ATI اصبحت مصطنعة تضخم خلال الفترة من الدرجة. Certain Company insiders, including defendants Kwok Yuen Ho and David E. Orton took advantage of the artificial inflation in the price of the Company’s stock, and during the Class Period, each sold approximately 40% of their personally-held ATI stock for total proceeds of over $54 million.” بعض المطلعين على اسرار الشركة ، بما فيها المدعى عليهم حو يوين كووك وديفيد أ. ATI revised its Q4 revenue predictions by some US$70mil resulting in a 10% share price drop the same same. س 4 ATI نقحت الايرادات من جانب بعض التكهنات 70mil دولار من دولارات ألولايات المتحدة مما يؤدى الى وجود 10 ٪ انخفاض سعر السهم نفسه نفسه. Johnson & Perkinson are currently looking for a class member to appoint as lead plaintiff, to represent the rest of the class members. جونسون & perkinson حاليا تبحث عن الطبقة الاعضاء كما تؤدي الى تعيين المدعي ، لتمثيل بقية اعضاء الطبقة.
