C$600 Million Class Action Lawsuit Against Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce
A class action lawsuit has been filed in Canada on behalf of former and present employees of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, claiming C$600 million in compensation.
The lawsuit alleged that the company had not paid non-management employees for the overtime hours worked, and had “discouraged” them from making claims on such time.
