Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic Objects to Sony Class Action Lawsuit Settlement
The Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic has filed a formal objection which has received the support of the Electronic Frontier Foundation to Sony’s Canadian rootkit class action settlement, challenging Sony’s description of the events leading up to the US settlement.
