A lawsuit seeking class action status has been filed in the United States District Court for the district of Arizona alleges that Caremark Rx Inc. intentionally concealed revenue to avoid paying commissions.
The lawsuit’s only named plaintiff, Jan Peck, estimates she is owed between $25 million and $50 million in commissions. Peck formerly lived in Scottsdale and worked for the company there.
She alleges the company intentionally failed to report total revenue earned from four companies she brought to two of Caremark’s predecessors
