Cell Phone Spam Class Action Lawsuit Settlement
A class action lawsuit between Distributed Networks LLC, a firm based in Washington, DC, and Chicago law firm of Blim & Edelson over spam messages in cell phone has been settled.
According to the above settlement cell phone customers will get up to $150.
Cell phone customers who received text messages promoting Web sites Astrobomo, Daily Pop Gossip, Mad Love Tips, Daily Dose of Blue and Ringstar Mobile during the four-year period between July 17, 2002 and July 17, 2006, should go to the Web site www.distnetsettlement.com to learn if they are eligible.
