China-based integrated human resource services services provider 51job Inc. announced that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed a securities class action lawsuit against the company and certain of its directors and senior executives with prejudice.

The complaints sought unspecified damages on alleged violations of federal securities laws during the period from Nov. 4, 2004 to Jan. 14, 2005, the company said in a statement.
