A class action lawsuit was filed against Alan Vester, a North Carolina car dealership over unfair and deceptive trade practices, negligence, fraud and other violations of state law. دعوى كان رفعها ضد الن Vester ، كارولينا الشمالية للاتجار بالسيارات اكثر من مضلله وغير عادلة والممارسات التجارية ، والاهمال والاحتيال وغيرها من الانتهاكات للقانون الدولة.

My mother passed away3/05. أمي مرت away3/05. She had recently purchased a vehicle from Baker chevrolet. وقالت انها اشترت مؤخرا من سيارة شيفروليه بيكر. After she passed I talked to the bank where it was financed and they told me as long as the pymnts. وقالت انها بعد مضي لقد تحدثت الى البنك حيث كانت تمول وقالوا لي ما دام pymnts. were made and ins. وقدمت لداءره الهجره والتجنيس. was maintained on the vehicle everything would be ok.There was never a WILL made out. المحافظة على السياره كل ما من شأنه ان يكون ok.there لم تكن قط وسوف تقدم. Last night (8-3-06) they came and picked up the vehicle because they said that being the car was never transferred into my name that I didn’t have legal right to the car. ليلة امس (8-3-06) انها جاءت والتقطت المركبه لانها تجري وقال ان السياره كانت تنقل ابدا الى اسمى الاول ان ليس لديها الحق القانونى فى السياره. There was one pymnt. وكان هناك واحد pymnt. owing on the car that was past due. ونظرا علي السياره التي السابق بسبب. Is there anything I can do about this. هل يوجد اي شيء يمكنني أن أفعل إزاء ذلك.
