The maker of a controversial baby gender test was filed a class action lawsuit by its clients.
Many expecting couples put their trust in Acu-Gen’s new baby gender monitor test and received the wrong results.
The test claims its 99.9 percent accurate and offered a money-back guarantee.
Sixteen women who are part of the class-action lawsuit claim the results were wrong and their money was not refunded.
