Class Action Lawsuit Fied Against Tarragon
A class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against Tarragon Corp.
On behalf of the class, plaintiff seeks to recover damages.
The complaint charges that the company has violated federal securities laws, also accuses that the company has issued series of material misrepresentations to the market, which had the impact to trigger artificial inflation of the market price. The class period is from January 5, 2005 through August 9, 2007.
