Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Athol Manufacturing Corp Over Butner Plant Closing
A class action lawsuit has been filed by a former employee of SanduskyAthol plant on behalf of himself and all other employees affected by recent closing of the said plant in Butner, North Carolina.]
The complaint which was filed against Athol Manufacturing Corp and its holding company SAI Holdings Limited, alleges that the companies failed to provide the requisite 60 day advance notice of the plant closing to plant employees under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act.
The class action lawsuit seeks to recover 60 days worth of back wages and benefits on behalf of all affected plant employees.
