Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Brantley Capital Corporation
A lawsuit seeking class action satus has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired the common stock of Brantley Capital Corporation between August 14, 2003 and October 24, 2005, alleged that the company ans its certain officers and directors violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of materially false statements concerning the Company’s valuation.
