Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Midway Games, Inc.
A class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock of Midway Games, Inc. from August 4, 2005 and May 24, 2006.
The Complaint alleges violation of federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market, thereby artificially inflating the price of Midway.
