Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Warner Chilcott Limited
A class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased the publicly traded securities of Warner Chilcott during the period from September 20, 2006 through and including September 26, 2006, alleged that defendants violated Sections 11, 12(a) and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933.

If you purchased Warner Chilcott’s publicly traded securities during the Class Period (September 20, 2006 - September 26, 2006), you may, no later than January 2, 2007, move to be appointed as a Lead Plaintiff.
