FMF Capital Group Ltd. has reached an agreement with counsel for the plaintiffs to resolve all three class-action lawsuits against FMF Capital Group Ltd. filed in Michigan, Ontario and Quebec.

The final settlement is subject to each of the plaintiffs and defendants executing the definitive settlement agreement and court approval.
