A class action lawsuit has been filed in Shelby County, Tennessee on behalf of shareholders of Equity Inns, Inc. in connection with the offer by a Goldman Sachs affiliate to acquire all of the outstanding shares of the company.
The lawsuit is seeking the highest possible offer for the public shares.
