Female Financial Advisers of Morgan Stanley DW Inc Filed Class Action Lawsuit against The Company
A class action lawsuit which charges Morgan Stanley DW Inc, the retail brokerage arm of Morgan Stanley with gender discrimination, has been filed on behalf of female financial advisors who were employed at the brokerage from Aug 5, 2003 to the present.
The two law firms that filed the suit and Morgan Stanley jointly announced that they have been engaged in ‘a productive dialogue’ and a mediator said he expects a comprehensive nationwide settlement to be achieved in the relatively near future.
