Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. Faces Shareholders Class Action Lawsuit

A class action lawsuit has been filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery on behalf of shareholders of Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. in connection with the offer by Hearst Corporation to acquire all of the outstanding shares of HTV.

The goal of the lawsuit is to seek the highest possible offer for the public shares.
