International Coal Group Inc. in Securities Class Action Lawsuit
A class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock of International Coal Group, Inc. from November 18, 2005 through October 4, 2006.
The lawsuit alleges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market, thereby artificially inflating the price of ICG.
