Pet Valu in Pet Product Class Action Lawsuit
Another class action lawsuit against Pet Valu Canada Inc. and its U.S. parent company Pet Valu Inc. over allegations concerning the manufacture and sale of pet food products alleged to contain tainted ingredients has been filed in British Columbia.
Pet Valu said it’s in the process of determining whether it has been “properly joined as defendants” in the B.C. action, given that it doesn’t carry on business in B.C. Pet Valu further said it plans to “vigorously defend” itself.
