Quebec Customers File A Class Action Lawsuit Against Bell Canada كيبيك الزبائن ملف دعوى ضد وبيل كندا
The Quebec customers filed a class action lawsuit against Bell Canada on charges of Internet hijacking at the Quebec Superior Court last week. كيبيك للعملاء اقام دعوى ضد وبيل كندا على شبكة الانترنت بتهمة الاختطاف فى المحكمه العليا في كيبيك الاسبوع الماضي. The fraud victims say that without their knowledge, or consent, their computers downloaded a hidden program which caused their computers to place expensive, long distance phone calls. ضحايا الاحتيال أقول إنه من دون علمهم ، او موافقة ، حواسيبهم تحميل البرنامج الخفي الذي تسبب في حواسيبهم الى مكان مكلفه ، لمسافات طويلة عبر الهاتف.
The class action is claiming refunds plus damages and 200$ compensation per plaintiff plus interest for the hassles they went through. الطبقة العمل بالاضافة الى الاضرار التي تدعي المبالغ المسترده و 200 دولار لكل تعويض المدعى مضافا اليه الفوائد لإزعاج من خلال ذهبوا. It covers the period from March 10, 2003 right up until last Wednesday. وهو يغطي الفترة من 10 آذار / مارس 2003 وحتى الحق في يوم الاربعاء الماضى. Lawyers say there could be thousands of Quebeckers included in the class action. ويقول وكلاء يمكن ان يكون هناك الالاف من quebeckers من الدرجة المدرجه في العمل.
The lawyers for the plaintiffs counter Bell has known about the modem dialing scam for at least four years but continued to collect for the overseas calls, arguing it has no choice under international agreements. محامي المدعين مكافحة الجرس لم يعرف عن مودم التلفنه احتيال لمدة لا تقل عن اربع سنوات ولكنها لا تزال وراء البحار لجمع ويدعو ، بحجه انه لا خيار للبموجب الاتفاقات الدولية. But defense lawyers argue that Bell makes a profit on all of the calls - whether they’re legitimate or not. ولكن القول بان محامي الدفاع بيل يجعل الربح على كل من يدعو إلى -- سواء أكانت مشروعة ام لا.
