Real Estate Agencies Class Action Lawsuit Will Move Forward
A U.S. District judge certified to go forward a class action lawsuit which alleges that several real estate agencies in Boise charge commissions on the sale of land and the eventual build of a house in a practice called “tying”.
The suit names Coldwell Banker Aspen Realty, Holland Realty, Sel-Equity, and Park Pointe Realty.
Thousands of Boise-area home buyers are participating in the lawsuit.
