Securities Class Action Lawsuit Against Netlist, Inc.
A class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all person or entities who purchased shares of Netlist, Inc. in connection with the Company’s Initial Public Offering (”IPO”) on or about November 30, 2006, or who purchased shares thereafter in the open market.
The Class Action alleged the company has violated Federal Securities Laws.
The lawsuit is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
