Securities Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Wireless Facilities
A class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of persons who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded securities of Wireless Facilities, Inc. between March 29, 2001 and March 12, 2007.
The complaint alleges that Wireless Facilities and certain officers and directors made false and misleading statements and omissions regarding the company’s business, accounting practices and financial results.
