The Complaint charges GPC and certain of its officers and directors with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.投诉收费GPC和其某些人员和董事违反了1934年证券交易法案。 GPC is a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery, development and commercialization of new drugs to treat cancer.
