TVIA, Inc. in Securities Class Action Lawsuit
A class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of purchasers of TVIA, Inc. shares during the period from February 7, 2006 through November 16, 2006, alleges that the company and its certain officers with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
The lawsuit specifically charges that during the Class Period, Defendants issued materially false and misleading statements concerning the Company’s revenues and financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2006 and for quarters ended December 31, 2005 and June 30, 2006.
