In a major lawsuit of its kind, three immigrants from Iraq are given the citizenship status in US District Court. All three has filed the lawsuit challenging the delay in the citizenship procedure that takes three year to complete. The preliminary settlement reached Monday in U.S. District Court before Judge Marsha Pechman.
