At a one-day sensitisation seminar on the evil effects of intoxicants and alcohol the Chairman of the Liquor Licensing Board, in Nigeria Justice Mamman Kolo disclosed the arrest of 427 persons under the state liquor law. The state liquor law prohibits the sale and consumption of alcohol in specified areas.
