WA Residents File Class Action Lawsuit Against Alcoa
Sunday, May 11th, 2008A class action lawsuit has been filed against Alcoa, over emissions from its three alumina refineries in the western Australia. The legal action against Alcoa, will take place in United States. The lawsuit will be spearheaded by the environmental campaigner Erin Brockovich.
