Missouri Court of Appeals Rewrites Part of Proposed Stem Cell Amendment
Sunday, May 11th, 2008At a decision at the Missouri Court of Appeals, the court has decided to rewrite part of a proposed constitutional amendment banning a particular type of embryonic stem cell research. However, the sponsoring group, Cures Without Cloning, would have to turn in about 150,000 signatures by Sunday.
