Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Georgia Based Medical Record Copying Service
Sunday, May 11th, 2008Kristin Miller, today, has filed a class action lawsuit against a Georgia based company, Smart Document Solutions in Phillips County Circuit Court under the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (ADTPA). The said company provides medical record copying services for health care providers.
