A Class Action Lawsuit has been filed against Key Bank Education Resources and Great Lakes Educational Services at the Alemada County Court this week for allegedly cheating the students of a vocational school. The students of Silver State Vocational Helicopter School complained that the bank has teamed up with this bogus vocational school that left the students of the school deep in debt.
According to the lawsuit, the bank has defrauded the students of the Silver State Vocational Helicopter School by offering loans. And when the schools’ ponzi scheme collapsed, the students are left in debt with no professional skill. Thus this Cleveland based Bank is accused of predatory lending and enabling fraud.
The Key Bank has teamed up with Silver State Vocational Helicopter School as the preferred lender and and followed its usual script from which it has reaped millions of dollars over the years, the complaint states.
The Pinnacle Law Group of San Francisco will represent the plaintiffs.
To conclude, it is not the first case of this type. Before that, the students of another vocational school, SSH faced the similar situation.
