The nation wide horse flu class action has been questioned in the federal court today. The class action has received a mixed reaction to the suggestion of legal action against the Federal Government.
A Queensland legal firm expects to represent up to a 1000 people in the class action. However, Barry Rose, horse breeder of Hunter Valley believes it will be too difficult, and wouldn’t help those who need compensation.
“There are still murmurings that there are going to be class actions mounted against the Federal Government,” he says.
