In what can be called a lesson about the danger of asbestos, a mesothelioma victim has filed lawsuit against companies for and exposure to asbestos dust and fibers.
Harvey Williams filed his lawsuit in Jefferson County District Court.
The lawsuit claims that the defendant companies were aware of the dangers of exposure to asbestos but chose to suppress the information, thus putting workers at risk. The lawsuit states: “Each defendant violated federal and state regulations relating to asbestos exposure.”
