Former game show host settles a pair of lawsuits, against mansion owners and medical center

Previously, just a few weeks ago, McMahon settled a medical malpractice lawsuit he filed against the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and its doctors.

He alleged that they failed to diagnose him properly and treat his broken neck. The terms of that agreement were also not disclosed.

The former game show host has finally ended his civil case against the owners of the mansion where he broke his neck.

Last week Ed McMahon has settled another suit. According to documents, filed in L.A. County Superior Court on Thursday, the Days were finally dismissed from the suit after the two parties reached a settlement.

The 86-year-old former “Tonight” show sidekick sued investment mogul Robert Day and his wife Kelly for his fall at his home in 2007. He claimed that the condition on their ramp-like staircase was “unsafe.”

Lawyers for McMahon filed for dismissal of the lawsuit on Thursday after agreeing a settlement with the Days.

However, the terms of both the settlements were not disclosed.
