No class action against Sears Roebuck

There is a good news for Sears Roebuck and Co. They do not have to face class action lawsuit over Kenmore clothes dryer drums anymore. The company is free from charges to deceive the consumers by the claim that its Kenmore clothes dryer drums were made of stainless steel.

The .S. Court of Appeals panel in Chicago has ruled out the proposed lawsuit. The Court says that it was unclear whether anyone other than Tennessee plaintiff Steven Thorogood believed the drums were made entirely of the metal.

I saw on our local news that there is a class action suit against Kenmore for their front load washing machines [mold problems which leads to extreme smells]. Does anyone know how to find out what attorney is handling this case and how we can become a part of the suit. FYI the mold has caused serious illness for my mother. I really would appreciate help finding out about this case. Please emal me at overflow@overflowcorp.com [mailto:overflow@overflowcorp.com]
