Train crash lawsuit against Union Pacific missed the class action status

The state Supreme court ordered against the ruling of a class action lawsuit that was intended for Union Spacific. The lawsuit was filed by Arkansas residents Victor Vickers, Robert Udell and James Freeman, seeking to sue Union Pacific on behalf of themselves and “all other persons similarly situated.

Class action status denied to train derailment lawsuit
